Official offices may revise pages, contacts, rules, and records without advance notice. OTIS, MI-VINE, MiCOURT, county jail rosters, BOP, ICE, and other systems can be delayed, incomplete, limited by jurisdiction, or unavailable. A missing name does not prove release, and a projected date does not prove that release occurred. Identity must be checked independently through reliable identifiers and the originating record.
No warranty is made that every fact is current, complete, or error-free. Confirm a status with the agency responsible for the case. Before visiting a correctional facility, sending funds, attending a hearing, or relying on an office schedule, contact that office through its official channel.

Michigan Released Inmates does not host jail rosters, official inmate files, booking photographs, warrant databases, court records, parole decisions, or certified release and discharge documents. It points toward offices and locators that may hold or display those materials. To confirm custody or request a record, contact the physical county sheriff for a jail matter, MDOC for a state prison or supervision matter, the court for its docket, BOP for a federal prison record, or ICE for an immigration detention record.
The site cannot change or remove an entry from OTIS, MI-VINE, MiCOURT, a sheriff system, BOP, ICE, or another publisher. Corrections and deletion requests must go to the organization that controls the data under its own procedures and applicable law.
